Regional News Muny’s A Chorus Line Casts Its Zach Casting is now complete for the summer production of the Pulitzer Prize-winning musical at the St. Louis venue.

Ivan Hernandez, who made his Broadway debut as Billy Flynn in Chicago, will play the role of Zach, the demanding director-choreographer, in the St. Louis Muny's upcoming production of the Pulitzer Prize-winning musical A Chorus Line.

Directed and choreographed by Denis Jones, with musical direction by Ben Whiteley, performances are scheduled for July 29–August 4.

Hernandez, who also played The Wolf/Cinderella's Prince in the Shakespeare in the Park production of Into the Woods, will be joined by the previously announced Bianca Marroquín (Cassie), Megan Sikora (Sheila), Caley Crawford (Bebe), Rick Faugno (Al), Hannah Florence (Diana), Jolina Javier (Connie), Madison Johnson (Kristine), Sean Harrison Jones (Mike), Evan Kinnane (Bobby), Sarah Meahl (Val), Matt Meigs (Larry), Ian Paget (Paul), Justin Prescott (Don), Drew Redington (Mark), Kiira Schmidt (Judy), Bronwyn Tarboton (Maggie), Sharrod Williams (Richie), and Victor Wisehart (Greg) as well as The Muny kid and teen youth ensembles.

The production will also have scenic design by Paige Hathaway, costume design by Andrea Lauer, lighting design by Rob Denton, sound design by John Shivers and David Patridge, and video design by Nathan W. Scheuer; the production stage manager is Laurie Goldfeder.

Conceived and originally directed and choreographed by Michael Bennett, A Chorus Line has a book by James Kirkwood and Nicholas Dante, music by Marvin Hamlisch, and lyrics by Edward Kleban.
