News Murray, Whitehead, Howe, Marcovicci to Star in Reading of Misalliance Oct. 23 Brian Murray, Paxton Whitehead, Sally Ann Howe and Andrea Marcovicci will be featured in a reading of Misalliance, the eighth installment in Project Shaw, which will take place on Oct. 23 at the Players Club.

Also in the cast are Martin Moran, Sarah Uriarte Berry, Ian Kahn and Gareth Saxe.

Murray should know the play well enough: he starred in a 1997 revival at the Roundabout Theatre Company.

The series is being produced and directed by David Staller, who last year acted with Dana Ivey in Shaw's Mrs. Warren's Profession at the Irish Repertory Theatre. Dates stretching throughout 2006 and beyond will provide an airing of every sketch, full-length and one-act play by the playwright.

Past participants include Marian Seldes, Rebecca Luker, Michele Pawk, Jack Gilpin, George S. Irving and Nancy Anderson.

All casting is subject to change. All readings are on Monday at 7 PM, except where otherwise indicated. A current schedule, subject to change, runs as follows: Oct. 23: Misalliance
Nov. 20: Captain Brassbound's Conversion
Dec. 18: The Philanderer
