Cohen, was developed in a 1994 reading at the Eugene O'Neill Theatre Center in Connecticut.

Like the film, the musical tells the story of six amateur jazz musicians who get their big break -- a chance to play their first gig in the big time -- and how they react after all their years of playing together just for fun.

The Gig is offered as part of the 46th season under the Music Circus tent. Season subscriptions are on sale now. Single tickets go on sale May 13. For information, call (916) 557-1999.
