The host of ABC-TV's "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" had Efron on a guest Jan. 21 to promote his new film "Dirty Grandpa."
Explaining that he had obtained it from Efron's high school drama teacher, Kimmel then played the clip, which shows a skinny, long-eared Efron moonwalking as he performs "Suppertime" in the role of Snoopy in the Clark Gesner musical based on the Charlez Schulz comic strip.
Efron then showed Kimmel that he still has his moonwalking chops:
The new play, now on Broadway via Second Stage, stars Jessica Lange, Jim Parsons, and Celia Keenan-Bolger.
