News "My Old Lady," Starring Kevin Kline, Kristin Scott Thomas and Maggie Smith, Will Be Released in September "My Old Lady," written and directed by Israel Horovitz, will arrive in U.S. cinemas Sept. 10, according to the film's official website.

Horovitz is making his directorial debut with the film, which stars Kevin Kline, Kristin Scott Thomas and Maggie Smith.

"A down-and-out New Yorker inherits an apartment in Paris from his estranged father and is stunned to find a refined old lady living there with her protective daughter," production notes state.

The film is based on Horovitz's play of the same name, which debuted in New York in 2002.

The running time of the new film is 104 minutes.
