News NAMT Festival to Feature Robin De Jesus, Santino Fontana, Sarah Stiles, Annette O'Toole and More Tony Award nominee Robin De Jesus, Santino Fontana, Sarah Stiles, Alysha Umphress, Lauren Molina and Annette O'Toole are among the actors who will appear in the National Alliance for Musical Theatre's Festival of New Musicals this fall in Manhattan.

De Jesus (In the Heights and La Cage aux Folles) and Stiles (Into the Woods) will join William Ryall (Chaplin) for the Jason Schafer-Arthur Lafrentz Bacon-Harris Doran musical Bleeding Love; while Fontana (Cinderella), along with Chris Hoch (La Cage aux Folles) and Wade McCollum (Triassic Parq), are cast in the Justin Levine musical Bonfire Night.

Ben Clark and Beth Turcotte's musical The Circus in Winter will feature Kate Rockwell (Bring It On!), Marie-France Arcilla (Working), Emily Behny (Beauty and the Beast), Derrick Cobey (The Scottsboro Boys), Jonathan Jensen, Corey Mach (Godspell) and Jen Noble (Ghost).

Kirsten Childs' Funked Up Fairy Tales will feature Umphress (American Idiot), Demond Green (Sister Act), Kenita Miller (Xanadu) and Emily Walton (The Shaggs).  

Molina (Marry Me A Little), Adam Kantor (Rent), Nicole Lewis (Hair), Heath Calvert (Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson), Kelsey Kurz (The Merchant of Venice), Asmeret Ghebremichael (The Book of Mormon), Phoebe Strole (Spring Awakening) and Etai Ben Shlomo (Wicked) will be part of Itamar Moses and Gaby Alter's Nobody Loves You.

Emmy and Academy Award nominee Annette O'Toole ("A Might Wind"), Jeff McCarthy (Urinetown), Natalie Joy Johnson (Legally Blonde), Robin Skye (Parade), Allison Briner (Mamma Mia!), Lizzie Hagstedt (Sweeney Todd), Joel Waggoner, Randy Redd (War Horse) and Andy Taylor (Once) will join the cast of Dan Collins and Julianne Wick Davis' musical Southern Comfort. NAMT has also announced that Rebecca Taichman (Milk Like Sugar) will direct Sleeping Beauty Wakes; and Meredith McDonough will stage Triangle. The musical directors will be Brad Haak and James Sampliner, respectively.

Presented Oct. 11-12 at New World Stages, NAMT invites industry members from across the country and around the world to attend the two-day event that showcases 45-minute presentations of eight new musicals. Betsy King Militello is the executive director of NAMT, which is presenting its 24th annual festival.
