News Nathan Lane and Matthew Broderick to Host Tribute to Susan Stroman Tony Award-winning director-choreographer Susan Stroman will be honored by The Vineyard Theatre at the theatre company's annual gala, Feb. 28, 2011, at 6 PM at the Hudson Theatre.

Nathan Lane and Matthew Broderick, the Tony Award-winning actors who worked with Stroman on The Producers, will host the event. Additional performers will be announced at a later time.

In addition to The Producers, Stroman most recently directed and choreographed The Scottsboro Boys at The Vineyard, prior to its transfer to Broadway's Lyceum Theatre. She received Tony Awards for directing and choreographing The Producers as well as for choreographing Contact, Show Boat and Crazy for You. Other credits include Young Frankenstein, The Frogs, The Music Man, Steel Pier, And the World Goes 'Round and Flora, the Red Menace, the latter revival also at the Vineyard.

Lane won Tony Awards for The Producers and A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum. He is currently appearing on Broadway in The Addams Family, with a long list of credits including Waiting for Godot, November, The Frogs, Love! Valour! Compassion! and Guys and Dolls.

Broderick, a Tony Award winner for How to Succeed… and Brighton Beach Memoirs, has many other credits including Biloxi Blues, The Foriegner and the films "Election" and "Ferris Bueller's Day Off."
