News Neil LaBute Tapped as Panelist for R Culture Satire About Rape Culture Tony Award-nominated Reasons to Be Pretty playwright Neil LaBute will be part of a talkback panel following the Nov. 22 performance of Cecilia Copeland's R Culture, which currently plays IRT Theatre.

According to producers, "R Culture is an edgy satire taking us on a chilling & hilarious adventure through Modern Americana, led by a Ringmaster & two clowns. Along the way, this fierce circus drops the mask on everything from Bridezillas to football, giving us the naked truth about 'Our/Rape Culture.'"

LaBute will join playwright Copeland for the 9:30-10:30 PM talkback following the Nov. 22 performance.

The cast features Rachel A. Collins, Jennifer Harder and Romy Nordlinger. Emily Lerer directs the production that will run through Nov. 23.

The production has set design by G. Warren Stiles, lighting design by Darielle Shandler, costume design by Carolyn Toner and sound design by Anna Libbie Grossman.
