PlayBlog Neil Patrick Harris and Former Tony Host Hugh Jackman Face Off (Video) Neil Patrick Harris, host of the 2011 Tony Awards, was joined on stage by Hugh Jackman, host of the 2003, 2004 and 2005 Tony Awards, for a "host-off," in which the two performers went head-to-head on who is the better man for the job.

When Jackman arrived, Harris claimed that Jackman must be jealous. The former host responded by saying that he only plays to "big rooms," referring to the intimate setting of the Beacon Theatre. When the argument became heated, the two fight the only way theatre folk can—in song.

Among the songs in the “Dueling Duet” were “Anything You Can Do," from Annie Get Your Gun; “A Boy Like That / I Have A Love,” from West Side Story; “Make 'Em Laugh,” from Singin' In the Rain; “I Hope I Get It,” from A Chorus Line; “Don’t Rain on My Parade,” from Funny Girl, “You’re the Top,” from Anything Goes; and “Let Me Entertain You,” from Gypsy.
