News New Disney Tour Will Take You "Behind the Magic" at Its Broadway Shows "How did they do that?!?" That's how most people react to really well-executed magic illusions. Disney is planning to offer the answer.

Starting July 18 the tour company "Walks of New York" will roll out "Disney on Broadway: Behind the Magic," a new two-and-a-half-hour tour of the Broadway theatre district that will start at the statue of George M. Cohan in the center of Times Square, continue on to iconic Broadway hotspots like Shubert Alley and Sardi's restaurant, and culminate in a visit to the New Amsterdam Theatre, where Aladdin is playing.

Guests will have an immersive experience of Disney on Broadway’s most beloved shows including The Lion King, Mary Poppins and The Little Mermaid, seeing up close props and costumes actually used on stage to create the magical worlds for each production.

The inaugural tour will begin at 10:30 AM and run to 12:30 PM. After the first day, tours will take place daily Friday through Sunday and cost $72 for adults, $65 for children ages 3-14.
