The film, which features Marcovicci as Helen Dean, will be seen in New York City at Quad Cinemas (34 West 13th Street) beginning Sept. 23. "Irene in Time," according to the film's website, is described as such: "A puzzle about love and time, a mystery in which clues are found and secrets are revealed, Irene in Time is a look at the complex relationships between fathers and daughters and the consequences - years later - on the grown women's relationships to the men in their lives."

The cast also includes Tanna Frederick as Irene Jensen, Victoria Tennant as Eleanor Jensen, Karen Black as Sheila Shivvers, Lanré Idewu as Jacob, Jack Maxwell as Mikey Cagney and David Proval as Norm Farentino.

Andrea Marcovicci starred on Broadway in the short-lived musical Ambassador and in Frank D. Gilroy's Any Given Day. Her screen credits include roles in "The Front," "Someone to Love," "Jack the Bear," "Who Is Henry Jaglom?," "The Water Engine" and "Trapper John, M.D." It has been the cabaret stage, however, where she has received the most acclaim. The singer-actress has performed at Carnegie Hall, Avery Fisher Hall and in concert halls throughout the world.
