News New James Lapine Work Fran's Bed with Mia Farrow Changes Long Wharf Dates The Long Wharf Theatre's workshop readings of James Lapine's new play, Fran's Bed has rescheduled two of its performances.

The show's Jan. 31 and Feb. 1 performances have been moved to Feb. 9 at 2 and 7 PM. Mia Farrow, veteran of Woody Allen's films, returns to the stage in the reading at the New Haven, Connecticut theatre.

In this family drama, Farrow ("Rosemary's Baby," "Hannah and Her Sisters") is a sick woman who, on her death bed, reveals the many secrets of her life to her two grown daughters. A director, Lapine is also a three-time Tony Award winner for his musical books to Into the Woods, Falsettos and Passion.

The performances of Fran's Bed are as follows Feb. 7 and 8 at 8 PM as well as the two new Feb. 9 performances at 2 and 7 PM. All patrons who purchased tickets to the sold-out dates can contact the Long Wharf Theatre box office to exchange their seats.
