Directed by Johanna McKeon (American Idiot associate director), the limited engagement will continue through Feb. 19.

The cast of Tokio Confidential includes Jeff Kready (Billy Elliot), Austin Ku, Mel Maghuyop, Benjamin McHugh, Manna Nichols, Mike O'Carroll (Ragtime) and Jill Paice (Curtains).

Here's how the show is billed: "Japan. 1879. Isabella Archer, a young American war widow crosses an ocean in search of a lost love—and is about to cross a line from which she can never return. It’s a journey across the boundaries between pleasure and pain, art and artifice, the secrets of the flesh and the sins of the heart. When Isabella falls in love with a renowned Japanese tattoo artist, she enters a world of extreme beauty, becoming an object of unexpected desire—in a realm of unspeakable danger."

Tokio Confidential is a Richard Rodgers Award finalist.

Other members of the creative team include choreographer Tricia Brouk, musical director Mark Hartman, set designer David M. Barber, costume designer Jacob A. Climer, lighting designer Joel E. Silver, projection designer Darrel Maloney, sound designer Carl Casella and orchestrator Zak Sandler.
