A new podcast, titled "Broadway's Backbone," interviews ensemble members of Broadway shows about their lives and careers. The program is created and hosted by Brad Bradley, whose Broadway credits include Billy Elliot: The Musical, Spamalot and Annie Get Your Gun.

Each episode interviews a Broadway artist about his or her life, career and dreams, delving into personal stories in an intimate setting.

"I've done seven Broadway shows myself, and after working in regional theatre recently with young talent, I realized that their dream is to be in the ensemble of a Broadway show," Bradley told Playbill.com. "So much focus is given to the stars, I wanted to pay tribute to the dancers and singers."
