The new APP, available on multiple smartphone and tablet devices including the iPhone, Android and iPad, allows Riverdance enthusiasts to locate cities and venues where the production is playing and includes information for purchasing tickets by phone and online.

Fans can also explore the show scene by scene and get to know the Riverdance cast and creative team for each tour; keep in touch with regular news updates, tweets and dancer blogs; view Riverdance performances, video extracts from the Riverdance DVDs and photo albums of the show's live performances; read international fan reviews of the show; and receive special ticket offers, details of international tours and exclusive APP only competitions.

Composed by Bill Whelan, produced by Moya Doherty and directed by John McColgan, to date, Riverdance has played over 10,000 performances, been seen live by more than 22 million people in over 350 venues throughout 40 countries across 4 continents. Riverdance had its world premiere at the Point Theatre, Dublin, in February 1995, where it opened to unanimous critical acclaim.
