News New Set List Podcast Brings Broadway's Live Cabaret Scene to iTunes The new musical theatre podcast The Set List, a comprehensive collection of the best cabaret performances in New York City — including the works of musical theatre composers, classical favorites and new musical readings — has launched on iTunes.

The Set List, according to press notes, "features live recordings of Off-Broadway concerts as well as behind the scenes interviews and conversations with select artists."

Produced and hosted by Victor Legrá, The Set List will provide an inside look into the creation of brand-new musicals within the New York cabaret circuit. The podcast will feature exclusive interviews, live performances and full soundboard recordings from concerts around the city.

The first episode features composer-lyricist Kailey Marshall, who talks about her solo concert debut at 54 Below. The episode features songs from Confirmed in Concert performed by Cortney Wolfson (Kinky Boots), Daniel Quadrino (Newsies, Peter Pan Live!), Jeff Heimbrock (Newsies, The Book of Mormon), Emily Rogers (Jasper In Deadland), Ethan Carlson, Adam Levy, Tatiana Lofton, Mary Claire Miskell and Chaz Williams-Ali.

Confirmed, produced by Ryan Scott Oliver and Connor Santos in association with Legrá and Nessie Nankivell, also featured Dan DeLuca (Newsies national tour), Caitlin Kinnunen (The Bridges of Madison County), Katie Ladner (Heathers) and Anna Ty Bergman. The second episode features singer-songwriter Blake Pfeil, who talks about his debut album "Wallpaper." The episode features exclusive live selections from his new album as well as Pfeil's musical The Year of The Scorpion. Click here for more information on the album. Jessica Kahkoska joins Pfeil for two songs, and Pfeil discusses growing up in Colorado, the Young Arts organization, the influence of pop/folk in musicals and spills his Broadway crush.
