The show — an interpretation of Lewis Carroll's "Alice in Wonderland" and "Through the Lookingglass" that includes physical theatre and circus — is produced by Chicago's Lookingglass Theatre Company, in association with the Actors Gymnasium. The production, directed by David Catlin, will feature Larry DiStasi, Tony Hernandez, Doug Hara and Anthony Fleming III.
The New Victory Theater is a major children's theatre in New York. The Chicago-based Lookingglass Theatre Company uses an ensemble-based physical and improvisational rehearsal process. The company moved to a new venue in Chicago's Water Tower Water Works in 2003 and will celebrate its 20th anniversary in 2007-08.
