Volume 65 of "Theatre World," billed as "the most complete record of the American theatre," is now available in stores from Applause Theatre & Cinema Books.

The new tome celebrates the 2007-2008 theatre season and features cast lists, photos and more about such new productions as In the Heights, Passing Strange and August: Osage County as well as the revivals of Come Back Little Sheba (with Kevin Anderson and S. Epatha Merkerson), Gypsy (with Patti LuPone, Laura Benanti and Boyd Gaines) and South Pacific (with Kelli O'Hara Paulo Szot). "Theatre World," according to press notes, "maintains its reputation as the most comprehensive and authoritative record of the theatrical season on Broadway, Off-Broadway, Off-Off-Broadway, touring companies, and professional regional companies throughout the U.S. Covering hundreds of productions, each entry includes photos, a complete cast listing, producers, directors, authors, composers, opening and closing dates, song titles, and plot synopses.
