News Nicholas Martin to Direct MacDonald and LeBow in Bus Stop at the Huntington Nicholas Martin will helm William Inge's Bus Stop, which will open the 2010-2011 season at the Huntington Theatre Company in Boston. The comedy about a group of travelers stranded during a Kansas snowstorm, will begin performances Sept. 17.

Inge's 1955 comedy Bus Stop will officially open Sept. 22 and continue through Oct. 17 under Martin's direction at the Boston University Theatre.

The cast of Boston actors will include Karen MacDonald (All My Sons, A Civil War Christmas) as Grace, Will LeBow (The Cherry Orchard, How Shakespeare Won the West) as Carl and Noah Bean (Love’s Labour’s Lost) as Bo.

Bus Stop will also feature Adam LeFevre (The Devil's Disciple) as Will Masters, Stephen Lee Anderson (Wicked) as Virgil Blessing, Ronete Levenson (Lascivious Something) as Elma, Nicole Rodenburg as Cherie and Henry Stram (Inherit the Wind) as Dr. Gerald Lyman.

According to the Huntington: "In Bus Stop, a snowstorm strands a bus outside of Kansas City, and its passengers – including a stubborn, lovestruck cowboy and the nightclub singer he hopes to marry – seek shelter and warmth at a roadside diner. The motley crew spends one night together, filled with bluster, heartache, and laughter, while searching for love."

Designing Bus Stop will be scenic designer James Noone, costume designer Miranda Hoffman, lighting designer Philip Rosenberg and sound designer Alex Neumann.
