A statement from Manhattan Theatre Club reads, "Nina Arianda and Sam Rockwell are both sick and unfortunately will not be performing in Fool For Love today. The show will go on with Amelia McClain and Aaron Roman Weiner in the roles of May and Eddie. If audience members have tickets for tonight and would like to reschedule for a different performance, or receive a refund, they should contact their point of purchase."
McClain and Weiner also went on for the Nov. 7 matinee performance.
Starring Tony Award winner Arianda and Rockwell, Fool for Love officially opened Oct. 8 at the Samuel J. Friedman Theatre. Performances continue through Dec. 13.
Obie Award winner Daniel Aukin directs the Manhattan Theatre Club production, which began previews Sept. 15. The production arrived on Broadway after a 2014 engagement at the Williamstown Theatre Festival.
