The new David Leveaux staging of Nine features Spanish star Banderas making his Broadway debut as the show's focal character Guido Contini opposite a cast of women including Chita Rivera, Krakowski, Benanti and Masterson.
The production received eight 2003 Tony Award nominations including nods for Banderas, Krakowski, Rivera, Masterson, Leveaux, orchestrator Jonathan Tunick, lighting designer Brian MacDevitt and for Best Revival of a Musical.
