News Norm Lewis Sings Gershwin in Tonight's "Live from Lincoln Center" Broadcast The 40th anniversary season of "Live from Lincoln Center" continues Dec. 31 with "New York Philharmonic New Year's Eve: Gershwin Celebration."

Featuring Tony nominee Norm Lewis and vocalist Dianne Reeves, the program is scheduled to air on PBS stations around the country at 8 PM; check local listings.

Willie Geist is the special guest host of the all-Gershwin program, broadcast live from Avery Fisher Hall. Bramwell Tovey conducts the New York Philharmonic.

The concert includes Gershwin’s "Cuban Overture," his own suite of music from Porgy and Bess and selections from the Gershwin songbook, including “Strike Up the Band.”

This episode of "Live From Lincoln Center" is directed for television by Lonny Price. The executive producer of the "Live From Lincoln Center" series is Andrew C. Wilk.
