On Oct. 17, the New York Public Library's Library for the Performing Arts (at Lincoln Center Plaza) will present a free lecture titled "Caffe Cino And Its Legacy - An American Cultural Landmark," 5:30 PM in the Library's Bruno Walter Auditorium. The illustrated lecture about the lengendary Off-Off-Broadway theatre site, early home of Sam Shepard, the musical Hair, and many experimental and absurdist playwrights, will be given by the Assistant Executive Director of the Performing Arts Library, Richard M. Buck.
