Pantheon Productions, the professional theatre company roosting in the second floor of the former Show World porn palace on 42nd Street, will mix theatre and film in the world premiere of Love Honor & Obey, a dark comedy by Sergio Cacciotti.

Chris McGinn directs a Feb. 8-March 5 staging that uses film flashbacks to ink-in the story of two brothers enlisted by their adoptive father, Big Frank, to perform a hit. Complications arise when the target turns out to be Big Frank's wife.

Official opening is Feb. 11.

The production features Cacciotti, Vincent LoRusso, Al Ramos, Grace Desena, Tracey Paleo, Mark Love and Sebastian Ystrom.

Pantheon is now in its fourth season. It was founded by LoRusso, Carl Tarcangeli and Cacciotti. Tickets are $12-$15. Pantheon Theatre is at 303 W. 42nd St. Third Floor, west of Eighth Avenue. Call (212) 582-5856 for tickets.
