Stupid Kids stars Mandy Siegfried and Keith Nobbs will perform Sept. 28 in Criminal Acts, a staged reading hosted by the Stage Directors and Choreographers Foundation (SDCF) at Collaborative Art Projects (CAP) 21, 18 W. 18th St in Manhattan. Criminal Acts is by Kim Merrill, a graduate of the MFA in playwriting program at Columbia University. Jackie Kleefield, who is also a playwright (Bar Stories), will direct.
The play follows three privileged high school students as they mug their poetry teacher and his wife to get back at the educator for a failing grade.
