NY's Theater for the New City continues its season with a madcap musical comedy, Benny's Barbershop. Written and directed by T. Scott Lilly & Mark Marcante, with music by Joel Diamond, the show runs March 18-April 3. Set in Flatbush, and performed in vaudevillian style, Benny's Barbershop tells of a one-time baseball player who now uses his barbershop as a cover for his bookmaking -- apparently a family tradition.
The cast for Benny includes Craig Meade, Juan Villeges, Liana Rosario, and TNC founder, Crystal Field.
