News Off-Broadway's Housebreaking to Feature Palmer, Thompson and Vukovic The Cherry Lane Theatre has announced casting for Jakob Holder's Housebreaking — part of the theatre's Mentor Project — which is set to begin performances Off-Broadway March 24.

Daniella Topol will direct the work, which runs through April 4 in the Cherry Lane Studio.

The cast includes Saxon Palmer (The Glass Cage), Evan Thompson (Stretch (A Fantasia)) and Monique Vukovic (God's Ear).

Housebreaking, according to press notes, is "about a 35-year-old man bored with his job and his life, and what happens in his own family of misfits when he brings a man living on the streets into their home, thus considering the cunning it takes to survive on the streets, or in your own home."

Housbreaking has scenic design by Mimi Lien and Amy Rubin, costume design by Theresa Squire and lighting design by Nicole Pearce.

Holder's plays also include Bedtime Solos, The Shoulder, Darktime in Skipland, Not An Island, Sumatra Mandheling and American Beacon, and the Spirit of Christmas Past.
