Clark and Seacrest host the special from New York on the eve of the New Year, starting at 10 PM (ET). Singer Fergie will host the celebration in Hollywood. Check local listings.

Christina Aguilera, Rihanna, Ludacris, KT Tunstall and country band Rascal Flatts will offer live performances from New York City's Times Square on ABC. Other musical acts to perform for the 35th year of the show will include Natasha Bedingfield, Meat Loaf and Latin music group RBD from Hollywood.

The evening will be broken down into three specials over a 3.5-hour spread: "Dick Clark's Primetime New Year's Rockin' Eve 2007" (runs 10-11 PM), "Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve 2007, Part 1" (11:35 PM-1:05 AM) and "Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve 2007, Part 2" (1:05-2:05 AM) — all times are ET.

Jersey Boys stars Daniel Reichard, J. Robert Spencer and Tony Award winners Christian Hoff and John Lloyd Young perform on Broadway as Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons. The show plays the August Wilson Theatre.
