News O'Hara, Martin, Nixon and Spring Awakening Cast to Be Part of Our Time Benefit Kelli O'Hara, Jesse L. Martin, Cynthia Nixon and the company of Spring Awakening are among the Broadway folk who will perform at the April 14 Our Time Theatre benefit, Breaking News!, which will honor Grammy winner Bill Withers.

Penned by the young members of Our Time, Breaking News! will unite Our Time company members with actors from the Broadway community, including Lauren Ambrose, Talia Balsam, Howard Bingham, Nadia Dajani, Ned Eisenberg, Katrhyn Grody, Daryl Hall, Adriane Lenox, Tiffany McElroy, Kelli O'Hara, Jesse L. Martin, Cynthia Nixon, Rosie Perez, Ramon Rodriguez, Daphne Rubin-Vega, Ed Sherin, John Slattery, Mary Testa, Callie Thorne, Sam Waterston, Bill Withers and the cast of Spring Awakening.

Our Time Theatre Company serves as the artistic home for young people who stutter. Honoree Withers, who stuttered as a youngster, will be the recipient of the 6th annual Our Time Award. Daryl Hall of Hall and Oates and Withers will also perform as part of the gala evening. Withers is a Grammy Award winner who has penned such songs as "Ain't No Sunshine," "Just the Two of Us" and performed the 1972 remake of "Lean on Me."

Previous honorees include Peggy Lipton, Austin Pendleton, Dr. Alan Rabinowitz, Ken Roberson and Bob Love.

The New York-based Our Time Theatre Company offers its members classes in acting, singing, playwriting, drumming and dance, taught by professional artists. The annual benefit fundraiser continues to attract a host of celebrities in honor of its cause.

Honorary chairs for the evening are Ricki Lake and Paul Rudd, with co-chairs Brandon Guidry, Elaine Sargent, Liz Tuccillo and Marcia Withers. Our Time's young company member Joseph Popovich, Jr. serves as the evening's host. Breaking News! begins with cocktails and a silent auction at 6 PM at the Skirball Center for the Performing Arts. The evening's entertainment begins at 7 PM to be followed by dinner.
