News O'Hara, Shaiman, Lewis and More Set for Don't Quit Your Night Job 7 The seventh installment of Don't Quit Your Night Job — the monthly benefit for the late Wendy Wasserstein's Open Doors program — will be held Dec. 21 at Joe's Pub.

The new series featuring Broadway actors performing improv and sketch comedy as well as musical numbers will be presented at 11:30 PM. Those scheduled to lend their talents to the evening include Night Job creators Steve Rosen, David Rossmer and Sarah Saltzberg as well as Derrick Baskin, John Cariani, Asmeret Ghebremichael, Kelli O'Hara, Marc Shaiman, Huey Lewis, Stacie Morgaine Lewis, Jason Kravits, Greg Reuter, Casey Nicholaw and Josh Gad. Sean McDaniel will be featured on drums with musical direction by Dan Lipton.

Open Doors, which was created in 1988 by Wasserstein, is TDF's theatre arts mentoring program. The goal of the program, according to press notes, is to "explore the relevance of theatre in the lives of today's youth."

Joe's Pub is located within the Public Theater at 425 Lafayette Avenue. Tickets, priced at $15, are available by calling (212) 539-8778.
