News Olivier-Nominated Potted Potter Begins Limited Run at Off-Broadway's Little Shubert May 19 Potted Potter: The Unauthorized Harry Experience – A Parody by Dan and Jeff, the Olivier-nominated production that presents all seven "Harry Potter" books in 70 minutes, begins its limited engagement at Off-Broadway's Little Shubert Theatre May 19 at 5 PM and 8 PM.

The production, a 2012 Olivier nominee for Best Entertainment & Family Show, will officially open June 3 and continue through Aug. 12. Starvox Entertainment and Potted Productions present the U.S. premiere.

Written and performed by two-time Olivier Award-nominated actors Daniel Clarkson and Jefferson Turner, the play, according to press notes, takes on the "ultimate challenge of condensing, or 'potting,' all seven Harry Potter books into 70 madcap minutes, aided only by multiple costume changes, brilliant songs, ridiculous props and a generous helping of Hogwarts magic. The show also invites audiences to engage with a real life game of Quidditch, but according to Clarkson and Turner’s unique set of rules."

The creative team includes director Richard Hurst, set designer Simon Scullion, lighting designer Tim Mascall, associate director Hanna Berrigan and production stage manager Gilda Frost with original music composed by Phil Innes.

Show times are Tuesday at 7 PM, Wednesday at 2 PM and 7 PM, Thursday at 7 PM, Friday at 8 PM, Saturday at 2 PM, 5 PM and 8 PM and Sunday at 2 PM and 5 PM.

Alternate cast members David Ahmad and Richard Atwill appear at certain performances, including Saturday matinees at 2 PM. Tickets, from $39.75 (including $1.50 facility fee), are available online at Telecharge.com or by calling (212) 239-6200. Little Shubert Theater is located at 422 West 42nd Street.
