The London production of Come From Away, which won the Olivier Award for Best Musical, has extended its booking period through February 2020 at the Phoenix Theatre.
The musical, which tells the true story of 7,000 airline passengers stranded in Newfoundland in the wake of September 11, officially opened in London's West End February 18.
In addition to Best Musical, Come From Away earned Olivier Awards for choreographer Kelly Devine, sound designer Gareth Owen, and the full music team, including composers David Hein and Irene Sankoff.
The London cast includes Jenna Boyd (Beulah and others), Nathanael Campbell (Bob and others), Clive Carter (Claude and others), Mary Doherty (Bonnie and others), Robert Hands (Nick, Doug and others), Helen Hobson (Diane and others), Jonathan Andrew Hume (Kevin J, Ali and others), Harry Morrison (Oz and others), Emma Salvo (Janice and others), David Shannon (Kevin T, Garth and others), Cat Simmons (Hannah and others), and Rachel Tucker (Beverley, Annette and others) with Chiara Baronti, Mark Dugdale, Bob Harms, Kirsty Malpass, Tania Mathurin, Alexander McMorran, Brandon Lee Sears, and Jennifer Tierney.
