The Pantheon Theatre’s Off-Off-Broadway revival of Neil Simon's female The Odd Couple will donate part of the proceeds from its April 5-15 run to the cancer care group, Gilda's Club New York City.

The story of The Odd Couple is familiar from its 1965 Tony Award nominated Broadway run and subsequent popular TV spin-off starring Tony Randall and Jack Klugman as two divorced men, one an uptight anal retentive, the other an incurable slob, forced to live together in a New York City apartment. Years later, Simon adapted the play for two women with Rita Moreno as Olive Madison and Sally Struthers as Florence Unger in the 1985 Broadway version.

Kristina Latour and Jodie Bentley star as Florence Unger and Olive, respectively, in the Pantheon staging. Also in the cast are Anne Fizzard, Edward Kassar, Licia James McLoughlin, Jason O' Connell, Maryanne Paquin and Deborah Sachs.

Gilda's Club, named for comedian Gilda Radner who died of ovarian cancer, is a place for people with any type of cancer to find friends, emotional support and supplemental medical care.
