The cook-off will be hosted by Ryan Scott, from "Top Chef"'s fourth season, and "Top Chef" season five finalists Carla Hall and Fabio Viviani will also appear with the former Billys. Teams will be formed and charged with preparing a three-course meal in 35 minutes, with ingredients revealed only moments before the contest starts.
The event, which will be held at the Institute for Culinary Education from 6-9 PM, will feature raffles, a live auction and a VIP reception in addition to the cook-off. Proceeds from the event will benefit TrueChild, an organization "that helps all children break through stereotypes so they can be true to themselves and reach their full potential," according to press notes.
