Classic Arts News Osvaldo Golijov's Ainadamar Debuts on Billboard Classical Chart The Atlanta Symphony Orchestra's recording of Osvaldo Golijov's opera Ainadamar: Fountain Of Tears, with conductor Robert Spano and soprano Dawn Upshaw, entered the Billboard classical chart this week at number eight.
Maurizio Pollini's album of Chopin nocturnes moved up to number two after entering the chart last week at number eight.

The 5 Browns continued to dominate with their album No Boundaries, at number one for the sixth straight week. The group also held the number four spot with their self-titled debut album for the second straight week.

Ben Heppner's album Wagner: Selections From the Ring, entered the chart at number 24.

On the Billboard crossover chart the only new entry was the soundtrack to the movie The Da Vinci Code. Andrea Bocelli's Amore was still at number one, with Il Divo's Ancora holding the number two spot.
