News Our Time Theatre Premieres Three One-Acts, Jan. 21-23 Our Time Theatre Company, which bills itself as "an artistic home for people who stutter," will debut its new One-Act Play Program Jan. 21-23 at Theatre 3 in Manhattan.

Our Time, according to press materials, "provides an environment free from ridicule where young people who stutter discover the joy of creating and performing original theatre. Based in New York City, Our Time consists of teenagers and pre-teens who study acting, singing, playwriting, drumming, and dance with professional artists. Exercising these skills, they create original plays that are performed for the public. Our Time serves its members free of charge and the only prerequisite is that you stutter."

The three one-acts are:

• Evicting Yourself, written and directed by Corom Buksha (16 years old), which "comically examines the life of a 27-year-old trying to escape from under the thumb of his controlling parents.
A Beautiful Story About 2 Friends, written and directed by Linda Gjonbalaj (18 years old), "a modern musical romantic comedy that reunites life time friends after four years apart, who realize that in this day and age, good old fashion courting is still the best way to a woman's heart."
Election Night, written and directed by David Nachman (17 years old), which "takes place behind the scenes on election night, as the Democratic Presidential candidate rehearses his acceptance speech and concession speech."

Theatre 3 is at 311 W. 43rd Street, third floor.
