News Parks' Goner to Be Read at OOB's Present Company, April 1 The Present Company will host a reading of the Brian Parks' satiric comedy Goner on April 1 at 8 PM. Goner was first seen at the Present Company's Theatorium in late 1999. The reading will feature a reworked script. In 1999, the play featured a giant talking tumor, a wounded President, an absent-minded chief surgeon and a couple of excitable FBI conspiracy theorists.

The Present Company will host a reading of the Brian Parks' satiric comedy Goner on April 1 at 8 PM. Goner was first seen at the Present Company's Theatorium in late 1999. The reading will feature a reworked script. In 1999, the play featured a giant talking tumor, a wounded President, an absent-minded chief surgeon and a couple of excitable FBI conspiracy theorists. David Calvitto, Leslie Farrell, Jason Nuzzo, Chris Sorenson, Paul Urcioli, and others will star in the reading. All are veterans of Parks' Americana Absurdum. Admission is free and open to the public. The Present Company Theatorium is located at 196-198 Stanton on the Lower East Side.

Note: April 1 is the first day of Daylights Savings Time. Before coming to the reading, make certain of the time of day.
