The single CD — which will be released May 6 — boasts the vocal talents of Schonfeld as well as Adam Pascal, Julia Murney, Shoshana Bean, Jarrod Emick, Lauren Kennedy, Amy Spanger, Kate Shindle and more. The recording will be available for purchase online via Amazon, CDBaby, iTunes and Jeremyschonfeld.com. "37 Notebooks" was recorded at New York's Eastside Sound and John Kilgore Sound. As a special bonus, the album will be bundled with a digital download card EP of five exclusive songs.

A CD release party is scheduled for May 5 at Birdland.

Jeremy Schonfeld is known for blending tuneful pop, hard-edged rock, gospel, soul and blues. He's been compared to Billy Joel and Jonathan Larson. Schonfeld is a graduate of the Berklee College of Music and BMI-Lehman Engel Musical Theater Workshop. The album for his musical Drift (with Craig Pospisil) was released by Sh-K-Boom Records. That show was seen at the 2006 New York Musical Theatre Festival.
