News Patti Murin Makes Solo 54 Below Debut Tonight; If/Then and Violet Stars Are Special Guests Patti Murin, who starred on Broadway in Lysistrata Jones, makes her solo debut at 54 Below Aug. 11.

Literally Patti Murin begins at 7 PM at the intimate venue. The singing actress is joined by If/Then's Jason Tam and Violet's Colin Donnell.

Michael Holland serves as music director, arranger and pianist/guitarist. Musicians also include Dan Fabricatore on bass and DJ Jazzy Jeff Roberts on drums.

"For her solo show debut," press notes state, "Patti will forgo the safety of standards to perform songs (almost) exclusively from the new musicals in which she has originated a role. It will literally be one of the best nights of your (her) life." Murin has starred in Wicked, Lysistrata Jones, Xanadu, Love’s Labour’s Lost, Emma and, most recently, Fly By Night.
