News Paul Rudd, John Goodman and Jimmy Fallon Will Host "Saturday Night Live" in December; Musical Guests Announced Hosts and musical guests have been announced for the December broadcasts of the long-running NBC variety series "Saturday Night Live."

Stage and screen star Paul Rudd will return to "SNL" for his third appearance as host Dec. 7. Rudd, who will be seen in “Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues,” which is due in theatres Dec. 20, will be joined by musical guest One Direction. John Goodman will make his 13th hosting appearance Dec. 14. That evening will also feature Grammy Award winners Kings of Leon, who will be making their third appearance as musical guest.

On Dec. 21 former cast member Jimmy Fallon, who is currently the host of NBC's "Late Night," will return to Studio 8H for his second time as host. His musical guest will be Justin Timberlake. Both Fallon and Timberlake have won the Emmy Award for Outstanding Guest Actor in a Comedy Series for their work hosting "SNL."

"Saturday Night Live," which airs Saturday evenings at 11:30 PM ET, is produced in association with Broadway Video. The creator and executive producer is Lorne Michaels.
