The departures will leave executive producer Simon Cowell and record producer L.A. Reid as the only returning judges.
Earlier this month, Fox entertainment president Kevin Reilly commented on "The X Factor" at a press tour presentation. "There will be some changes … as we know [hosting] is a much harder job than meets the eye," said Reilly.
