News People's Choice Awards Airs Jan. 9; Anne Hathaway, Neil Patrick Harris, Lea Michele, "Glee" Among 2013 Nominees The 2013 People's Choice Awards are presented Jan. 9 at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live and broadcast on CBS at 9 PM ET. The evening is hosted by Kaley Cuoco.

The Fox hit series "Glee" received five nominations, including Favorite Network TV Comedy. Series regulars Chris Colfer, Lea Michele and Jane Lynch were nominated for Favorite Comic TV Actor and Actress, respectively. "Modern Family" also received nominations for Favorite Network TV Comedy, Favorite Comedic TV Actor (Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Ty Burrell) and Favorite Comedic TV Actress (Sofia Vergara).

"The New Normal" was nominated for Favorite New TV Comedy, and the reality series "America's Got Talent," "American Idol," "Dancing With the Stars," "The Voice" and "The X Factor" were all nominated for Favorite Competition TV Show.

Anne Hathaway, who stars in the film adaptation of Les Misérables, received two nominations, for Favorite Movie Actress and Favorite Face of Heroism. Meryl Streep also received two nods, for Favorite Dramatic Movie Actress and Favorite Movie Icon.

Other stage veterans to receive People's Choice nominations include Scarlett Johansson (Favorite Movie Actress), Susan Sarandon (Favorite Movie Icon), Ben Stiller (Favorite Comedic Movie Actor), Jake Gyllenhaal (Favorite Dramatic Movie Actor), Jim Parsons (Favorite Comedic TV Actor) and Neil Patrick Harris (Favorite Comedic TV Actor) as well as the band Green Day (Favorite Band).

Fans voted for their favorites at PeoplesChoice.com through Dec. 13, 2012. Winners are revealed during the live broadcast from 9-11 PM ET on CBS.
