Three pregnant New York actresses — Alison Cimmet, Jodi Darling and Carol Linnea Johnson — sing original songs in two sold-out evenings of a new cabaret show, Hot Mamas! The Mother of All Cabarets, about their experiences "with child."

"A lot of people are asking, 'Are you really all pregnant?' and the answer is yes!" actress Alison Cimmet told Playbill On-Line. "At the time of the cabaret, I'll be almost eight months, Jodi will be 7-1/2 months and Carol will be over six months."

Johnson has taken a pregnancy leave from Broadway's Mamma Mia!, where she frequently went on as Donna. Cimmet's credits include Off-Broadway's The Lady Next Door (in Yiddish) and Viola in Twelfth Night at the Prince Music Theater in Phildelphia. Darling played Laurey in a recent Oklahoma! revival with Sandy Duncan as Aunt Eller at Cherry County Playhouse in Michigan, and appeared as Magnolia in NETworks' tour of Show Boat.
