News Phantom Finally to Have Mexico Premiere This Summer Produced by OCESA and Morris Gilbert, Andrew Lloyd Webber's international mega-hit The Phantom Of The Opera will finally receive its Mexican premiere in Mexico City. No opening date has been announced yet, but auditions for the show will be held 10 AM-2 PM & 3 PM-7 PM on May 28, 29 and 30 at the Salon Presidencial of the Palacio de los Deportes in Mexico City.

Produced by OCESA and Morris Gilbert, Andrew Lloyd Webber's international mega-hit The Phantom Of The Opera will finally receive its Mexican premiere in Mexico City. No opening date has been announced yet, but auditions for the show will be held 10 AM-2 PM & 3 PM-7 PM on May 28, 29 and 30 at the Salon Presidencial of the Palacio de los Deportes in Mexico City. Performers interested in joining the Phantom cast should show up for auditions with a recent photograph, resume and two opera or musical comedy songs. Please bring pre-recorded music or music sheet.

OCESA co-produced the Mexican premiere of Disney's Beauty and the Beast and, in association with Morris Gilbert, co-produced some plays including the successful Mexican premiere of Master Class. The OCESA-Gilbert team are also getting ready to open the Mexican premiere of Rent due June 24 at the Teatro Alameda 2 in Mexico City.

Phantom's opening dates, director and venue will be announced in the following weeks.
