News PHOTO CALL: 2009 OBIE Awards Lynn Nottage's Ruined, Our Town director David Cromer, Road Show's Stephen Sondheim and Earle Hyman were winners at the 54th annual Village Voice OBIE Awards, which were presented May 18.

Martha Plimpton and Daniel Breaker co-hosted the ceremony at New York City's Webster Hall, celebrating excellence in the 2008-09 Off-Broadway season. Earle Hyman earned the Lifetime Achievement Award, while Ruined took home honors for Best New American Play as well as for performers Quincy Tyler Bernstine, Saidah Arrika Ekulona and Russell Gebert Jones.
