Copenhagen's Philip Bosco, Blair Brown and Michael Cumpsty flank musical theatre legend Angela Lansbury backstage at the Royale after the play's May 14 performance. Nominated for a Tony for Best Play (and winner in that category with almost every major New York award), Copenhagen stars Bosco, Brown and Cumpsty as Niels Bohr, his wife and German physicist Werner Heisenberg, who, in 1941, made a trip to Copenhagen to see his Danish counterpart. They were old friends, and their work together had opened the way into the atom, but now they were on opposite sides of a world war, and the meeting would end in disaster.
