Among the many celebrities who made themselves available for fan photos and autographs at the Broadway Flea Market's celebrity table were Urinetown's Officer Lockstock, Jeff McCarthy and Kiss Me, Kate's Fred Graham, Burke Moses. The 15th Annual Broadway Flea Market and Grand Auction brought theatre lovers one-of-a-kind goodies, from Max Bialystock's hat to Deborah Yates' opening night flowers, as well as a chance to meet celebrities and bid on chances to perform with them, all while raising over $350,000 for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS. A portion of the 2001 proceeds from the combination garage sale and bidding war will go to the American Red Cross and to the Twin Towers Fund, which benefits the families of firefighters, police officers and civilians lost in the World Trade Center tragedy.
