Previews for the incendiary two-character play starring Alison Pill and Jeff Daniels began March 15. The play was reportedly inspired by a newspaper account the playwright read about a man who went abroad to meet a teenage girl he first encountered on the internet. In the drama, directed by Tony Award winner Joe Mantello, a woman, Una, shows up unexpectedly at the office of Ray, forcing him "to come to terms with the effects of their relationship," according to MTC. "Una pulls him into an encounter that is gripping, surprising and utterly unforgettable."
