At the 2001 Artios Awards, the Casting Society of America's annual honors, Hedda Gabler's Kate Burton, The Music Man's Robert Sean Leonard and The Producers' Cady Huffman toasted those behind-the-scenes people who have helped create so many memorable roles (and win a couple of Tonys along the way). The recipients of this year's Artios Awards include James Carnahan for The Man Who Came to Dinner, Geoffrey Johnson and Vincent Liff for The Producers, Avy Kaufman for State and Main and Nancy Piccione for Proof. Rosemarie Tichler received the NY Apple Award.
