Running through Oct. 2, the second annual New York Musical Theatre Festival spreads dozens of new musicals, concerts and events throughout Manhattan. The current Off-Broadway hit show The Great American Trailer Park Musical gave a special performance to help the festival kick off in style. Following the show, a gala was held in the lobby of Dodger Stages.
